Brawl in Basketball Exhibition - Serbia vs Greece
Nenad Krstic, the starting center for the Oklahoma City Thunder, spent night in police custody in Athens for his role in a bloody brawl in an exhibition game between Serbia and Greece in preparation for the FIBA world championship.
A video of Krstic, who plays for Serbia, attempting to throw a chair at center Sofoklis Schortsanitis of Greece became a sensation on the Internet on Friday. Krstic missed his target but hit the Greek reserve Yannis Bouroussis, who had blood streaming from his head
As a result of the fight, officials ended the game with 2 minutes 40 seconds remaining and Greece leading by a point.
